Ara's Cascade |

Named after a trail up a waterfall in the white mountains. Everything was purchased at a local craft store. The tiny mushrooms were made by wrapping string around the top of macrame pins and the bird eggs are little beads.

I make shadow boxes to be places you would like to go. When you look at them it's like you're there for just a minute sitting, contemplating by the sea, or in the woods or any other place that has meaning to me.

Copper Beaded Bottle |

My first try at knotting macrame on a glass bottle. The hemp was difficult to work with but with a little hot glue it cooperated.
